Those little " feel good " breaks are such a nice treat! Maybe this isn't just a break and you're getting better? You never know. Whatever you're doing, you're doing right - keep at it. I've been to work 2 days in a row and I feel pretty good tonight, too, so hopefully I'll be able to work tomorrow too. 3 days! Yay. Need the $, too. Have a great day... Guest guest
I have no idea what I have posted, and what I have not. I'll just keep this short for that reason! I was sick this week, and had to take a couple days off unexpectedly. Luckily, despite having a very busy weekend, I was able to bounce back and complete the Burn phase off CLX. (had to force myself to workout a couple of times) I did every strength and cardio workout the entire month, and I also was able to do cardio in addition about 6 days a week. And with training, I even had more cardio. Had my eating been in check, I might have seen some results! LOL..(and UGH) Monday - CLX Burn Circuit 1 / Ta-Bo BL4Tuesday - sickWednesday - sickThursday - recovering, still weak, did train and did workout quite a bit with her, but didn't do my own workoutFriday - CLX Burn Circuit 2 / Tae-Bo BL6 Saturday - Burn Intervals / Ab BurnerSunday - CLX Burn Circuit 1 / Tae-Bo BL7 (loved the tae-bo workout)Monday - CLX Burn it Off / RechargeI am looking forward to my recovery week next week, I believe I will try my new Ellen workouts, and as well I plan to not work very hard though, so I might have to modify!! Also looking forward to the change with CLX. I don't know if I will do kickboxing in addition for cardio or something else. Also, I'm unsure if I will do all of the CLX for the cardio days as well..hmm... Darcy

Guest guest
Sorry to hear you were sick, Darcy. It's a bummer when life interferes with exercise, isn't it? I'm getting back on track this week myself. I was out of town most of last week, but I actually walked on the treadmill at the hotel I was at. I did an unusual Sunday workout yesterday and I'm planning to workout all 7 days this week. I hope you're feeling better. Take care. > > I have no idea what I have posted, and what I have not. Guest guest
Darcy, Your sick week is better than 85% of America's well week. Guest guest
Hi Darcy, Glad to hear you're feeling better. Your household illness sounded rough - ick! And big congrats on finishing the Burn Phase! Woo-hoo! Awesome job! I'm looking forward to hearing what you choose for your non-CLX week! Hugs, Sara PS - Your VF post about Recharge is NOT helping me get around to trying that workout...LOL > > I have no idea what I have posted, and what I have not. Guest guest
LOL!! Funny about Recharge. Yeah, I just can't get into that dang thing. But, I don't get into any stretching or yoga videos, so not surprising! Darcy On Wed, Aug 19, 2009 at 9:06 AM, Sara <sjajsa@...> wrote: Hi Darcy, Glad to hear you're feeling better.
