Guest guest Posted August 26, 2009 Report Share Posted August 26, 2009 halfway survived this week at work. today had yoga on the schedule so i did the 25(not 20 like the box says) min workout of strength by rodney yee. i like it but i don't, just a ton of sun salutations and it seems to be the same moves over and over in the routine. if it were 10-15 min i guess it wouldn't have bothered me but past then i kept wondering when it will be done with. the plus is towards the end of the routine he does various arm balances mixed in the salutations. none of which i could do this morning so i stayed in the modification. i will hold onto this dvd just a tad longer maybe i can get to those arm balances. hoping later to do the flexibility workout,the second workout on this dvd. really tired this morning hopefully i get more awake before work kassia Special Needs Scouting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
