Magnesium for calming....???þ

Hi, I have a three year old autistic boy, who I suspect has ADHD also.I haven't

heard of the use of antihistamines. Have you used this on your children and is

three years too young to try? If you did/do use antihistamines, which product

would you recommend and is it ok to use it long term? I would love to have a

calmer child.

I saw a mention about Magnesium too? Would that help?
