Mullan is talking about the Importance of Gut Bugs on Thyroid Hormone Production. I wish it was in the UK. Best wishes,Sandy

Guest guest
Hi Tahira, I must post about TST (going well I think). We like Polar Power Sockeye Salmon, Kirmans Cod liver oil. For a long time we used Nordic Natural Arctic Omega Liquid and another I forget - but not have problems tolerating these (I think there is a tiny amount of soya in them?) For other oils we use olive oil, sunflower oil and coconut oil. We often have intolerance flares to seedy things - we are unsure about pumpkin seed oil, flax and hemp. There's also evening primrose oil. The Tri-Quench is part of the vitamin K protocol - it is iodine rather than iodide. Best to read on that first I would say. Custom CP1 (Mandimart sells it) was our favourite probio. We also used to like Primal Defense (but some have intolerances). Tim and I still like to take these but for Eddie we use the CP1 to make our yoghurt and we also make kombucha and kefir and sauerkraut etc. and he gets his probios in his food more. Guest guest
Tri-quench is iodine and iodide and potassium. Hence the 'tri' bit. That's why it's such a good one. Guest guest
Thanks Sara - that had never clicked with me and I had thought it was not iodide - is it just that it is a better ratio? Sandyx > >

Guest guest
Sandy,I don't know if it's just my bottles so I can't judge properly but I noticed for example with Lugols it is quite orangey brown whereas with the Tri-Quench, it's more transparent. I wonder therefore if the Tri-quench is less oxidised and wonder if this is significant at all. I am guessing the less oxidisation the better??From: Sandy and Tim <sandyandtim@...>To: Autism Treatment Sent: Thursday, 10 June, 2010 9:28:28Subject: Re: Yasko Conference Programme Thanks Sara - that had never clicked with me and I had thought it was not iodide - is it just that it is a better ratio?
