I decided to do the cardio portion of body max 2 this morning.  What a great workout!  I had fun doing it.  It seemed a tad repetitious if anything, but otherwise a great workout.  I caught on to all of the combos and the blasts right away which was great.  I loved the songs in this one, and had a great sweaty workout.  I also did the ab section as well which was just okay.  I burned 768 with my average being 138.  Tomorrow was suppose to be my " light day " with just one CLX workout, but I think I might add some of CLX's cardio on, and make Tuesday my short day since the boys are back to school.

Enjoy your Sundays!  So far mine has been extra-lazy (besides my workout, of course).Darcy
