We are in Philly and I'm just surprised that such a successful treatment is ignored by CHOP- one of the most repected hospitals in the country. We have the added challenge of other surgeries and a potential G-tube that could interfere with casting. Anyone else here dealing with that? Does it affect a child's ability to effectively cough?
