Guest guest Posted July 18, 2009 Report Share Posted July 18, 2009 Okay, this is the easiest workout I have done in a long time! It was really easy. It was still okay though. Kind of dragged, but not too bad. I wouldn't ever use it except during a recovery week, that is for certain. I did break a sweat though, and I did go as heavy as I could Anyway, I burned 206 calories with my average being 96. I am considering doing a KB workout with Mr. 45 later today, but uncertain. I was trying to behave and do lighter workouts all week... I've gotten so close, but I'm really thinking I'd like a kettlebell workout. I'm guessing I have lost some ground there since I haven't been doing it as regular as before. The reason is because I'm training a bit more, and this week has been recovery...hmmm.. We have my DH's class reunion tonight.
