chiari, tether and scoliosis

Reading about Jonas, I'm wondering how common it is to have this set of conditions. Nadia (7) has these three - chiari, infantile scoliosis, and tether (detethered at 20 mos), as well as a few other structural abnormalities. Now we're looking at some questions about teeth, palate, jaw and eyes. She's having an MRI this month to check on the chiari. Someone mentioned a tendency for there to be abnormalities with kidneys or bladder, too. Anyone know about that? Wondering what else I should be proactive in asking about...
