Thanks everyone, will go ahead then, it's the only way I'm going to get the price I want.

Tracey if you only knew how much it isn't fun here and not because of autism, but that's another story suffice to say 20yrs married next month [sigh].

Yes, Tracey I said we should meet up, let me know when you are available and we can arrange something, maybe you could give me some tips on breathing for husband, like how can I make him stop, ha, ha.

I have been with my husband for 26 years this month... does this make me 5 years less sane than you!!!

Since we are near neighbours.. on county terms perhaps we should meet up!

>>I have never had a problem with PayPal and deal about £10K a month that way business and personal so lots of experience.

NEVER EVER respond to an email that says update your PP details, that's how people get your info, same as banks really and even the Inland Revenue now, 'they' send you one saying you haven;t responded to your letter for tax rebate £935.01 time running out to claim and asking for bank details, report all those as spam.

Ebay sometimes stuff can be cheap for a reason but most everything I have bought has been as advertised

Sort out the life insurance first!

Would the best thing be for me to come up to Norwich? Mon, Tues and Thurs I am child free, or Weds, Fri I have my little girlie with me... and she is no trouble at all.

Vicky, half of what I own is from ebay. I've never had a problem--most sellers

seem to be good people who want to give good customer service. Just be sure to

read the reviews on the seller. That's the best way to avoid having to invoke

the paypal money returns.

Just want to second that - I have bought thousands of pounds worth of goods through ebay over the years  -  and recently the major department stores are starting to use paypal as a means of payment online as it is one of the most secure methods of online payment - I just spend several thousand pounds through paypal in one transaction and it is fine.  Also, when I've had a dispute with minor transactions online when I've paid through paypal it's very easy to go through their resolution process and get a refund.  In both instances I've had quick refunds when I had a dispute (one was with those kefir grains and one with coconut oil!)
