Im better, but have a cough now..Im taking cough syrup..., theres just alot of virius' going around at work & then the weather is hot and cold..crazy weather..it was 82 today..

Im finding out if I get more sleep I feel better the next day..So Im off to bed...went to bed really early last night and I felt so good today

Yes my wrist feel alot better and Im using my new braces..thanx for askin sweety

Well we made it through another Holiday Season and we are still in 1 piece.

The old pieces and parts may not being working as well but we are still breathing.

At 6:30 this am it was 36 degrees here but then got in the upper 70s.. the weather is out to get us.
