Honey all the best to you and I hope you clear your pneumonia very soon. It all depends on stage, damage done and the medical history of the person with what meds are best to take for other diagnoses, symptoms and easiest on the liver. It's even tougher when listed for a transplant when a person is in ESLD and not allowed to take certain meds or have infections. It gets to a point and stage when Dr's and us roll the dice and decide if the med treatment is worth it or not. I'm trying like hell to protect the small part of my liver and other parts that still work. Take Care. Love and Hugs. Deb
