Guest guest Posted May 9, 2011 Report Share Posted May 9, 2011 I am really starting to worry that i made the wrong decision. It is not even summertime and already is miserable. He can't do anything without sweating to death and he is really breaking out in a bad rash on his hips and arm pits. Does anyone just how long it takes for SLC to make a brace. They gave us the choice of having a brace or cast for the summer, but that was in December...he was fine in December. I just feel horrible. Now I hear about all of these other families and kids that are going to be able to enjoy their summer, and we are going to be stuck inside in the AC the whole time. Is it possible for them to fit for a brace and we just stay in SLC and they can give it to him within the same week or so? I am really feeling discouraged by all of this.
