Guest guest Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 Hi, This morning I did 4 Day Split Kick Box (cardio & abs). I like this one, but don't do it too often. The abs at the beginning is pretty tough. I hate those split leg raises. I can't do the pulsing because my back makes all these funny noises so I just hold myself up, works just as well. I burned 343 calories. I'm glad cardio is done, but I have GS tomorrow so I'm little scared for that one lol.
