Cast coming off - something for skin?

Hi everyone, gets her first cast off today.  It's been...a process (as you all know), to get to this point.  We switched doctors near the end of her casting time, and that delayed the removal of cast #1 and reapplication of cast #2.  We'll find out just how well this first cast did.

I've seen a few of you post about something that helps when you get the cast off, with the skin?  I can't remember what was suggested (and can't even think of a good search term to find).  Addie will get her first real bath in 3 1/2 months this afternoon.  We're going to have two weeks between casts, and I'd like to maximize the healing of her skin best we can.
