yes...just don't refrigerate it and take a taste everyday or so until it get's

to your liking. Wether or not you need to burp it...you will just have to see.

That's what I like about re-using the little plastic soda bottles with screw on

lids. They were designed to contain pressure. You can give the bottle a

squeeze and quickly know if your getting too fizzy or not. I have had some get

pretty solid and no explosions especially with my water kefir. But that's just

me....

I thought it was ready but it's still a bit too sweet.

If I let my bottles set out a bit longer (burping every few days, of

course) then that should fix it eventually, right?

You can also put it back to the fermenting vessel with a SCOBY until it gets to

the way you like it...it will most likely get there faster than in a (capped)

bottle...

Ah, but it was already bottled up and (lazy me) I just didn't want to

undo what all I'd done.

Turned out fine, though.
