Guest guest
yes...just don't refrigerate it and take a taste everyday or so until it get's to your liking. Wether or not you need to burp it...you will just have to see. That's what I like about re-using the little plastic soda bottles with screw on lids. They were designed to contain pressure. You can give the bottle a squeeze and quickly know if your getting too fizzy or not. I have had some get pretty solid and no explosions especially with my water kefir. But that's just me.... Don Bottled too soon I thought it was ready but it's still a bit too sweet. If I let my bottles set out a bit longer (burping every few days, of course) then that should fix it eventually, right? -Patty ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Looking for last minute shopping deals? Guest guest
Don, Thanks for the advice. It turned out great and super-fizzy, too. -Patty > > yes...just don't refrigerate it and take a taste everyday or so until it get's to your liking. Guest guest
Patty You can also put it back to the fermenting vessel with a SCOBY until it gets to the way you like it...it will most likely get there faster than in a (capped) bottle... Guest guest
Ah, but it was already bottled up and (lazy me) I just didn't want to undo what all I'd done. Turned out fine, though. -Patty > > > > yes...just don't refrigerate it and take a taste everyday or so > until it get's to your liking.
