Guest guest Posted July 21, 2009 Report Share Posted July 21, 2009 I do think it will pay off! I would swim laps for 45 minutes 4-5 times a week to get some intense cardio in. That will burn up lots of calories! Hope your foot feels better soon :/ I often have feet issues myself and can totally relate.
