Dear Rita,

Why not call your scoby, " Davy? " for GTDave, that way you can remember where that

lactic-acid-based momma came from.

If you ever exchange scobies, it would be wise to tell them where and how you

got it, and to keep it separate from any home-brewed acetia-acid based scobies.

Them compare the visible results you get from each and report back to the List.
