Guest guest
I'm moving at ultra high speed this week and hating it but what can you do. I didn't get a chance to post yesterday's workout yesterday so I am now and then have to fly off to work. I'll try to post today's after work. On Wednesday I did The Firm Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs. It was new to me. This is led by Allie and is a hare workout. As always, Allie cues very well but I found that it moved very fast and some of the cues and moves were unfamiliar or unfamiliar variations on things I knew and the combination threw me off quite a bit. I kept with it anyway and got a good workout from it but I know next time should be better. The movements are far from complicated, just the expecting something to be one way and she's doing it a different way got me messed up a lot. There's floor cardio, step cardio (using the fanny lifter), some weights that you can actually go decently heavy with because it goes slow and some faster four-limbed work with weights and cardio combined. The abs seemed impossibly hard. I started in a not so great place (stressful morning) and I'm not getting enough sleep lately (my own fault, busy days and nights so I'm staying up too late trying to cool down). I'd like to think they'll be easier next time too because they just didn't seem like they were that unusually tough. I liked the workout overall and do look forward to trying it again on a better day. gotta run again.
