I'm not sure why she doesn't include the warm up or cool down in this. I did include them. Cycle 1 cardio step blast-power 15's as well as fast feet agility-type footwork. triceps pushups on tall step one arm dips on tall step- (1) 15 kickbacks- 7 Cycle 2 cardio step blast-spike lunges, slam its and jump freezes. overhead press 25 one arm side delt raise 5 rear delt fly 8 decline pushups- toes Cycle 3 cardio step blast-wide steps (like a v-step), power jumps, and plyo jacks. bicep curls BB 25 hammer curls + dips 8 bicep curls BB 25 bicep curls BB 25 Cycle 4 cardio step blast-A combination from Step Fit (2 knee repeater with power scissors). bent row ( 2 long sets) BB 25 dead lifts BB 25 wide grip bent row DB 10 Cycle 5 cardio step blast-A combination of knee straddles and tap straddles. pushups- knees chest fly/one leg pelvic tuck on step DB (I did just the chest flys- 15 lb) cross over pushups on short step- toes I burned 305 calories. I was feeling like Darcy at one point. It was about 290 at the cool down and I just wanted to meet that 300 mark lol.
