Guest guest
Hi , I don't have a useful answer - just hope things improve very soon. Whenever we see things that concern us we pull right back and stop anything new etc and just try to get things stable again. GSE is hugely irritating to Eddie - I retried it recently and just 2 drops had him very pale, blotchy and sore bellied. It is strong stuff. The yoghurt sounds less likely - but you never know. When we pull back we give it a couple of days or so and retry one at a time. We found Custom CP1 probios gentler - Eddie didn't tolerate VSL (may be worth checking the ingredients). But actually when his bowel was at its worst he didn't tolerate any probios ... we got going with boulardii at a tiny tiny dosage. Sandyxx > > Hi everyone > I've been giving Joe 20 mgs biotin and started GSE capsule for yeast( he was really yeasty after the vanc.) and increased goat yoghurt to 3 teasp but Joe started with diarrhoea again initially we thought it was die off and gave charcoal but he had 5 bms during the night and a further 6 today s o far and the last 4 of them have mucous streaked with fresh blood .could the biotin /GSE and Yoghurt made with 2 VSL been to harsh on his wee gut. > He doesnt have a fever or vomiting so it rules out a bug .If anything he is more cognitively aware and even said " careful " when he fell over in kitchen.I have not given any supps this am and he is drinking the electrolyte drink.I am so worried about the blood.any advice would be really appreciated - I contacted his DAN in US but he is not in office today > >
