I can't remember where I found the recipe, I think one of the SCD cookbooks

available. I just use fine Himalayan salt and organic olive oil and put the

kale on a glass tray, about gas mark 6 and just keep checking and turning it all

over every minute or 2 as it does burn quite quickly if you leave it.

Obviously it has more nutrients if you dehydrate it not cook it but an Excalibur

is still on my wish list :-) x
