We were surprised they were so nice when we tried them this morning. Guest guest
I can't remember where I found the recipe, I think one of the SCD cookbooks available. I just use fine Himalayan salt and organic olive oil and put the kale on a glass tray, about gas mark 6 and just keep checking and turning it all over every minute or 2 as it does burn quite quickly if you leave it. Obviously it has more nutrients if you dehydrate it not cook it but an Excalibur is still on my wish list :-) x > > > > > > > > I have been excited today because I made kale crisps for the first time. > > > > We always struggle to work through the bag of kale we get in our weekly veg box. > > > > I read you can make kale crisps by rubbing the leaves with salt and olive oil and dehydrating them.
