Well, I woke up with quite a bit of DOMS in my inner thighs and biceps from yesterday's kettlebell workout.  I'm sure the figure 8's and the high pull, catch & squat combo gave me the DOMS in my biceps.  Also have some in my traps.  Anyway, since I decided my upper body got some strength yesterday, I decided it was okay to go with more of a circuit today.  I did Jari's Ripped 1000.  I like this workout alright, but I don't know how I would properly use it.  Probably more cardio.  Anyway, I burned 506 with my average being 120.  I have 2 training appts too.  So, I'll work a bit with those as well.
