Two questions about these - are they palatable?  AND are they less effective than the transdermal? 

 

We had insomnia (both and myself) with the Transdermal so I wonder if this would be slightly less effective and give us the gains without the insomnia?

 

Also - in case anyone knows, does MB12 accumulate?  I took the capsules for a month and felt fabulous, then they started causing me to feel jittery and have insomnia.  I didn't have the time to look into why this might be.
