Guest guest
Glad to hear the progress is slowly coming along! Do they do xrays after the cast is on also? I hope he handles the weather warming up:) has been having trouble with the heat too. I bet he'll be fine w a 10:00 casting. We had a late apt also (9:30) and we were shocked at how well Ben did! Suprising little guys! Best wishes. T Sent from my iPhone On May 1, 2011, at 1:06 PM, " leigh_d1971 " <leigh_d1971@...> wrote: Hi everyone, We're headed into Boston for cast #4 tomorrow. We took our first our of cast x-rays last week and his curves are 36/42 lower/upper down from 44/48 and his rotation is 16 down from 24/25. Slow and steady - happy to see progress.... Noah is definitely wishing he didn't have to get another " shield " especially where it's getting warm out now - but he's such a trooper and just says ok.... If only I were able to be so accepting! We are the 10am appt so hoping he doesn't get too cranky from being hungry - planning on giving him some late late night snacks to hopefully tide him over. Have a beautiful Sunday! Guest guest
Welcome to CAST le! I would recommend getting as educated as possible on Dr. Mehta’s Early Treatment principles. If you get a chance, pls read Growth as a corrective force in the early treatment of progressive infantile scoliosis,” by the pioneer…It can be found in the Files section of CAST. Also, pls take a look at A New Direction DVD which is in 3 parts in the youtube section of www.infantilescoliosis.org These 2 items will help out tremendously on your daughters ET casting journey.Pls keep us posted and keep the questions coming.HRH From: infantile scoliosis treatment [mailto:infantile scoliosis treatment ] On Behalf Of daniellejoy1978Sent: Thursday, July 14, 2011 10:14 AMinfantile scoliosis treatment Subject: Re: Cast #4 in Boston tomorow Hi there,I just joined and my daughter goes to Boston Children's.
