Guest guest
Hi all, Cows are going battery in the UK (and already have in the US). They are proposing a UK indoor factory of 8,000 cows. We won't have farms as such anymore just concentration camps of animals. Can you imagine their lives. No wonder they can still make a profit selling milk cheaper than water. " Assured farm " is a meaningless term. Animal welfare is certainly not assured. I am really passionate about the horrifying things that we are doing to cows - and we are going to make ourselves even more sick by drinking the milk from these desperately sick animals. http://www.ciwf.org/edm1037 Please send an automated email. Compassion is World Farming need all the help they can get. Imagine, cows spending their whole lives inside. Not eating grass - conditions are vile. No bedding, no comfort and bred to make 10 times the milk. How do they sit down on those hard floors with all that milk. How do they burn off horns, cut off spare teets, dispose of male calves (they can transport calves across europe at 5 days old). The plight of the poor calves is just so upsetting. Thanks for helping, Sandyxx
