A weird thing happened while doing 's 5 Mile Fat Burning Workout this afternoon... I either got a cramp in my left glute muscle or just worked it really hard but it started to ache like it was sore from working out and now actually, both feel that way! Anyone got any good glute stretches I can do to help work it out?! Weird...

I noticed too that during the sidesteps that my right big toe started to hurt too. It was fine later though so no stretches needed for that! ;-)

Hi ,

Try a "figure four" stretch - you can do it seated or lying down.

Seated: Sit in a chair, then cross one ankle over one knee and hold it for a count of 20 or so. Depending on how tight you are, you may have to lean forward to feel it.

Lying down - Lay down on the floor, bend one knee, cross the opposite ankle over the knee then gentlly pull your bent knee toward your chest.

Pigeon pose from yoga is good, too.

Or you can just sit "criss-cross-applesauce" on the floor, and bend forward gently until you feel a stretch, then switch legs and do it again.

Hope those help!Donna
