Guest guest Posted June 30, 2009 Report Share Posted June 30, 2009 Monday I did Firm Vol. 6 and had a real blast I used 5 and 10lb weights and did 10lbs on my barbell. The last time I did this workout about three or four months ago I used 16lbs on my barbell and my neck and back were sore for two weeks so I went down on poundage Anyway, today my right calf is killing me today and .I have know idea why. I wore (and don't laugh) my legwarmers and they usually help from keeping my calf muscles from getting sore when I do aerobics.
