I used a full 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar and used 3 bags of peach detox tea and a full tea ball of green tea. I fermented it to 8 days and I love it! (unknown) , you have said the magic word for me ... PEACH! I have several peach teas on hand, but haven't experimented using them to make KT yet. And some are more peachy than others. Perhaps you would share the brand of peach tea you used to make your fantastic brew? And just a bit OT here, if you like peach flavor, see if you can find Naturals in D'Peach Mode flavor. It is just too yummy for words! When she was in high school, my daugher's favorite band was DePeche Mode (sp?) and she thought this was too funny. What I know is that I love it!
