I just finished up with this workout a bit ago.  I liked it quite a bit.  I think I MIGHT like her toning one better though.  I liked this one a lot still though.  Great workout.  I burned 624 calories with my average being at 135.  It's broke up into circuits.  Some harder than others.  There is some standing and laying ab work too, but just worked into the circuit.  She is a bit uneven (unless I screwed up), but I fixed that myself to work evenly :)

Unless my new gloves come for my kettlebell, I am done for the day working out - woo-hoo!  I'd kind of like to do a kettlebell workout, but I did so much working out yesterday, it would probably be smarter to stay away from them today.  We'll see though.....
