I started out with yoga and did Quick Fix Power Yoga (workout 1) then did the bi's and tri's repeating both but only doing 1 set of each exercise for the second round. I was cooked by the end. Kickbox - Biceps: Crazy 8s 2 sets BB 25 Traditional bicep curls 12 Alternating bicep curls 12 Alternating rotation curls 12 Concentration curls 8 10-10-10 - Triceps: Close grip bench press BB 25 Lying triceps extensions DB 8 Single arm French press 8 Single arm kickback 5 Triceps Push-Ups Have a wonderful weekend! *~~* Make your summer sizzle with fast and easy recipes for the grill.
