Hi all,

Well, this went better than last week, for sure! I did still have some

later-at-night workouts, but it actually worked out fine this time. I seemed to

feel stronger with weights when I waited until after dinner – and I keep my

portions to a good size at dinner since I didn't want to work out on a stuffed

stomach, lol. Plus having a chocolate protein shake after my workouts was like

having dessert. ;) Anyway, I'm still better off getting my workouts done earlier

in the day, but at least I felt better about how things went this week.

Mon – Walking Strong – Tracey Staehle (treadmill workout)

Tues – Legs & Shoulders

Wed – Back & Biceps

Thurs – Rockin Body Cardio Jam + Amy Bento abs #2

Fri – Chest & triceps

I enjoyed Walking Strong on the tmill again – and got my butt kicked, lol. And I

should have done another day of abs, but oh, well. I'm lifting pretty heavy

right now, so I'm getting some core work there, too. There's always next week.

:) I didn't like Rockin body very much, and had trouble getting into it. Most

of the problem was not understanding the cues, since some of them were step or

floor cardio flavored. I did okay with the kickboxing type stuff. I probably

won't be doing that one again anytime soon.

I think we might do some rummage sale-ing this weekend. Though, if I feel like

sleeping in tomorrow, we probably won't, lol. And I think we're going to a car

show on Monday, so that should be fun.
