Hi everyone,

Just sharing.

Eddie is continuing fantastic. Lively, energetic and animated.

The skin rashing is on-going though. We tested the other weekend and

just got the UTM/EE test results and he is detoxing - nothing in the red

but lots of stuff up in greens and cesium (!) up in yellow. Mercury

making an appearance. Just a regular day and pretty much off

supplements. And creatinine is bang in the middle of green (!!!!) - my

goodness creatinine has been so profoundly low in the past. What a

change.

Sodium is LOW. I wonder if this maybe ties up with adrenal stuff. I was

looking at Pinks disease (Dr Amy recommended looking at rashing in

Pinks) and there it mentions low sodium and how giving salt was an

important treatment for Pinks.

This site is full of interesting info

http://www.pinkdisease.org/

So this awful rashing recently may be linked with detox? (and bowel bugs

will surely play a big part too).

I would like to share a couple of paleo inspired videos.

We have been increasingly interested in traditional/paleo diet and and

now trying exercise.

I got inspired by " the Primal Blueprint "

http://www.marksdailyapple.com/definitive-guide-primal-blueprint/

We are getting into the exercise - it was hard the first couple of weeks

but it soon got easier and it's surprising how quickly the body starts

to tone and strengthen. We really like what is happening. I am not

needing so much armour and we both feel invigorated and want to keep

exercise/being active a part of our family life.  I wonder how

breathing deficiencies might have got between me and (cardio) exercise

in the past.
