Guest guest Posted May 25, 2009 Report Share Posted May 25, 2009 I enjoyed my workout this morning. I did Christi's Ultimate Cardio Core. I loved the choreography, and worked up a great sweat doing it. The cardio was 35 minutes long, and then there was a core section that was 20 minutes long. The core section was okay. I didn't love it. It did keep my heart rate up for a lot of it too though. I ended up burning in the high 500's, and my average was in the high 130's. I just can't remember the exact numbers. I like to normally get a full hour of cardio in, but since this is a " recovery week " , I thought this workout would be perfect for today since I wanted some core work too.
