It was intense, but surely not too bad. I was very slow starting out, but I got into it after a bit. I was just tired and dragging The workout is 35 minutes of cardio, w/ some very light toning exercises at the end. It ends up being 50 minutes in total. Afterwards, I did Curl w/ Kari to work my abs over. I always enjoy that ab workout. I burned 422 calories with my average being 123. I hope my gloves come today and I can get a KB workout in this afternoon, but we'll see. We went camping this weekend and I ate sooo bad for 2 days.
