Guest guest
i posted on my blog so plz excuse anything i have already whined about on the group LOL. like not being able to eat anything LOLSaturday, June 6, 2009 thurs-fri-sat well its not the best week again. broken tooth has me not eating well, or shall i say refueling and energizing well with eating. can't chew basically so its all liquid, yogurt and oatmeal. managed though thanks to the wii. my grandmother sent us a couple bucks for anniversary so i bought gold's gym cardio for the wii which is all boxing! you work up to levels depending on how you do each game. there are also exercises like jump rope, dodging punches, abs, back, push ups and squats. its really neat and i get a decent burn going if i keep up with the combos. i am still working on through the various beginner levels.so for thurs i did 15 min. of yoga with wii coach, ea active's easy circuit and easy legs and lungs circuit and segment #1 for back in shape. this was all in the afternoon as i was in the dentist office for my morningfri did 20 min of gold's gym boxing and 15 min stretch with wii coach also went bowling last night with the familythis morning did some more gold's gym boxing, didn't time it, and karen voights get firm fast.i rather enjoyed karen's total body workout which is part of her half and half dvd(for some reason they split the two routines onto separate dvds). its standing lower body work, upper body work seated, and some abs with a nice stretch. the whole workout clocks between 45-48 min. i enjoy her creativity of moves and her various pulses and tempos. keeps it interesting so you just dont' go with the flow you really have to focus to keep up. i much prefer her workouts this way as opposed to the splits like her firm arms/abs and lean legs/buns. i feel with her total body workout creativity i get plenty of work done in the shorter amount of time. leaves more time for wii fitness games LOL.finish just warm enough coffee and raspberry yogurt with chocolate protien powder mixed in :-( its good but i have a craving for some shredded wheat. fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will
