Hi again

Our genova urine/stool tests show the following compared to what we give:

Vitmain A - it recommends 15,000 and we give 1500 (in Super Nu-Thera)

Vitmain E - it recommends 400 units and we give 2.5 (however we tried to add it

before with huge anxiety on Sophie's part)

ALA - 200mg - we havent started this yet

B1 - it recommends 10 mg and we give 5mg

B2 - it recommends 25mg and we give 5mg

B3 - it recommnds 25mg and we give 10mg

B12 - it recommends 500mcg and we give 15 mcg

Mg - it recommends 800 mg and we give 150mg (however we tried to increase this

with huge anxiety on Sophie's part again)

Do you think we could do with some kind of B-complex vitamin or upping the

Nu-Thera? Problem is we are already " too high " on B6 and B9!

What can people recommend to address this?

Best wishes
