Guest guest Posted May 12, 2009 Report Share Posted May 12, 2009 As of last night, I didn't feel a lot of DOMS from Muscle Max... that changed this morning... I don't even remember the last time I had DOMS in my quads... I'm sure I have at some point but it has been years... holy cow! Stairs, while not truly painful, are definitely uncomfortable. Good thing I live in a ranch style home (except we use our basement a lot and that's where my workout area is). Apparently I worked very hard, even though I felt like I was giving up too often (I was dying from the burning). My glutes are also quite sore and the combination makes sitting and getting up rather entertaining. I'm not feeling it as much elsewhere (yet?) and that's fine too. Tomorrow I have a lower body workout planned and if I'm still really sore I'll change things around and do it Thursday instead. Just had to share... I wish there was a way to watch The Biggest Lower without using my butt muscles to sit... :-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
