Hi ,

I found casting so much easier than bracing. Good luck on Wednesday, I hope to

hear that he is cast, advocate, advocate, advocate if you have too, especially

once Thad is prepped and ready to go that they see it through and get him cast

and MEET THEIR COMMITMENTS!!! As a Canadian, he has the right to excellent

medical care, as is his right, and they have committed to it, as is his right in

Canada, so they should meet it. I know what an amazing advocate you are, and I

am excited to hear how it goes.

the casting. i had a dream last night of the Dr taking him to the OR and he is

screaming i would like to get this over with already. its alos going to break

my heart if he wont be able to walk because its too heavy.

about this.. what if he doesnt get his cast then.. how will i get him to wear it

after being out of brace for a week. i let him sleep without the brace last

night and i think i will keep doing that and let him be brace free on tuesday..

what you think. im going to as PT what she thinks as well. Is there anything i

should pick up before we cast. i know i want to stock up on food and stuff so we

wont have to leavewhen we get home and can just relax we have a bean bag

chair so i know that will help.. should we get duct tape.. or anything like

that. we are going to get his hair cut today YAY! i hope he does ok.. lol
