Dr Goodheart is the "Father" of Applied Kinesiology who in the 1960's discovered that muscle testing could be used to gather information from the body. In 1964, he made the first correlation between finding a weak muscle and making it stronger. Since then he has looked beyond the Chiropractic profession to the fields of Medicine, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Dentistry, Nutrition, Biochemistry, etc.. for methods to increase the health and well being of the patient based on using the body as a diagnostic tool. In neurology textbooks muscle testing is defined as “a means of testing the motor function of limbsâ€. Dr Alan Beardall DC (Clinical Kinesiology) was a Chiropractor from Portland, Oregon in the USA.. His legacy was what is termed "Finger Modes" in many Kinesiology programs today. Dr Beardall's work is still being carried on around the world today by dedicated Instructors and Practitioners. He taught Thie who developed ‘Touch for Healthâ€, Dr. klinghard and DO Holding. While Dr. Beardall was still alive DO Holding introduced him to the Cranial approach and Beardall introduced to the Kinesiology. Once Beardall died carried on the valuable work of Dr. Beardall by teaching the approach. The system I have been trained in is Holding’s system. Dr. Beardall’s handmodes have been developed further by and his colleagues. It allows the practitioner to interrogate the body about what it wants to do. Through decades of working with the handmodes and his colleagues have re-checked it thousands of times always getting a consistent response from patients. Since 1983 has been refining and refining how to read body language. Or you could also call it “Applied Neurologyâ€. AK Applied Kinesiolgy which is the better known muscle testing will test for example the muscles associated with the liver to investigate the liver, then the muscle associated with the spleen to investigate the spleen etc. AK can ask questions to the body and get ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ answers. ’s system of Kinesiolgy works from a universal response. The muscles will go strong or weak depending on the question. The practitioner doesn’t have to intuit what muscle to test. All the muscles when asking questions about the liver respond about the liver, and all the muscles when asking about the lung will respond about the lung. You get a universal response. We convert a single response to a universal response. In Holding’s system we use all the muscles to respond to the challenge we are working on. By which we make sure that every system in the body is responding positively to the treatment. If one system such as digestive or hormonal gets stressed the practitioner will know and be able to resolve the problem accordingly. Another major step that Holding’s has added to the system is integrating the acupuncture system more completely and to have the kinesiology answer to ‘yes’ ‘no’ and ‘I don’t know’. For example as I treat a patient by asking the body the link between the virus and mycotoxins the body say’s I can talk to you and give you a response about the virus and probably about the mycotoxin but I can’t talk to you about how the virus and mycotoxin feed of each other and stop the bodies immune system from correcting it. The side effect of this is that the toxic load in the body over rides the liver and the liver then can’t cope. That is when we would help the body resolve the problem with the Auro Soma oils. Helping unblock the problem. Think of the body as a hard drive in a computer. Lets say you had a problem with a virus 10 years ago the body couldn’t get the virus out of that tissue. The body encapsulates that area trying to limit the effect of that virus on the rest of the body. Then you ask the body how to treat the virus. The body will say I know what to do for the whole of my body, but, not for that area that has been encapsulated. That is when the body will say (through the muscles) to the practitioner ‘I don’t know what to do’. The body crashes and closes down. has found that Auro Soma oils help the body find the memory to heal itself by applying Auro Soma Oils to the blockage the practitioner will open the pathways through that area acting as a mirror. The body prioritizes it is hierarchical, the concept of the rings of an onion apply, you are in one layer and then you go to the next. So, a little child will have viruses in the body that he couldn’t deal with, mercury from the mother’s teeth, he’d have mercury from the vaccines, he’d have vaccine damage, he has leaky gut, food intolerances, he’d have EMF sensitivity, he’d have abnormal detoxification pathway in the liver DNA errors, and the practitioner has to weed through all of this. You can’t give supplements and homeopathy for every single step. The practitioner has to follow the hierarchical way that the body works to be able to heal and give the child what he needs. The cookbook approach which is how many practitioners and doctors work (as they don’t use muscle testing to ask the individual patient what it needs) might help a few children by more luck than judgment. It is like playing Russian roulette. Even if you have one bullet in a chamber of twenty holes, you wouldn’t take the risk. Using Holding’s system I will be able to diagnose food allergies and intolerances, heavy metal and chemical toxicity, chronic unresolved infections of the key toxins: viruses, bacteria, fungus, parasites and I will assess the electromagnetic stress on the individual. These are some of the areas that I cover. A short summary of some of the areas I would start off with are: Jewelry including glasses, watches, and beepers Food Allergies Dehydration Nutritional Deficiencies Heavy Metals Infections Geopathic Fields Electromagnetic Synthetic clothing, underwire bras, cell phones, pagers Structural Problems Emotional issues Usually the easiest way to understand muscle testing or bioenergetic testing is by undergoing a treatment and experiencing it yourself. With all children I always have a surrogate as children aren’t consistent in meeting the practitioners strength. It is the least intrusive way of working with children. I look forward to explain further and answer any questions you might have on February 9th.
