Guest guest
It doesn't matter how well everyone is feeling when you make the plans weeks or months ahead of time... guaranteed 48 hours before the actual event SOMETHING happens to %@# & it up.... the same thing happens in our house ! Usually for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Trick or Treating, birthdays, trips.... I have an expression for this: " SH!$ happens, and then, when you think its all over, it happens again " . I'm sorry you have a sick child and hope your plans don't have to be delayed... big hug ! Kim (mom to , 6, Hyper IgE - Job Syndrome)

Guest guest
--- I know, right? I was getting over confident.....last Friday was the first time...ever, I think...I wasnt pushing a hacking, snotty trick or treater in a wagon or stroller. I was like.......this is so awesome, I cant believe its a holiday and no one is dreadfully sick. This is like, making history!! a momentous occasion!! woohoo!! If we miss this weekend.....which cannot be refunded.....and I miss the Jo Dee Messina concert, Im going to beat our ID dr in the head when we see him in two weeks. The kids were trialling off IVIG for a few months to check some labs and see how they did....its been decided by everyone involved the Brennan has GOT to go back on, ASAP....and the soonest we can get into ID is Nov 19th. Blech!! I knew this was going to happen!! the S@#$ is certainly happening here. Poor Brennan has been in the bathroom about ten times in the last hour. valarie In , " Kim MacEachern " <kimmaceachern@...> wrote: > > > It doesn't matter how well everyone is feeling when you make the plans weeks > or months ahead of time... guaranteed 48 hours before the actual event > SOMETHING happens to %@# & it up.... the same thing happens in our house ! > Usually for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Trick or Treating, birthdays, trips.... > > I have an expression for this: " SH!$ happens, and then, when you think its > all over, it happens again " . > > I'm sorry you have a sick child and hope your plans don't have to be > delayed... big hug ! > > Kim (mom to , 6, Hyper IgE - Job Syndrome) >

Guest guest
Push for him to get some fluids today and sometimes it is enough to get them over it faster. The more dehydrated they get the harder it is to get well.
