I was uncertain about the workouts I describe earlier so I started doing them again even though it has been a while. Muscle memory kicked in as I was doing them. My descriptions were basically right. However, the timing should be changed. Instead of doing a 3 or 4 count to the movements, reduce it to an easy one or two count. These exercises start easy, but they get hard fast. I think doing them at 3 or 4 counts would make them too hard for someone just starting to do them. After a while, if the workouts get too easy, meaning many weeks into it, you could juggle the timing to shock the body so it will continue to react to it. This could be slowing down to the 4 count or moving faster for fast twitch workouts. Still, I'd wait a while before doing either of those.
