A.S.D Advocacies in Real-Life, Does it Exist? Quality of life is important… Ego does not want to admit, at least to those of us who are disabled and whose quality of life could be improved. Quality of life Societal exclusions, wanting to be part of society but not accommodated for thus expected to not be involved. Failure in educational systems to properly accommodate and for some or more then some entirely excluded because of his or her disabilities. Other normal life things such as employment and disability related requirements for assistance. Absent of persecutory

delusions, autism is not discriminated against, it is the ignorance’s (lack of knowledge) of the uneducated professionals who fail to accommodate because he or she fails to understand. What is even more frustrating then the ignorance’s though non-intended is the few in the autism community who wish to project prideful policies that ignore the realities of some individuals both lower and higher functioning. I understand self-esteem is an issue, that to encourage and to form policies of self- acceptance is beneficiary to the individual. So what is the problem I perceive overall? Lack of unity due to the autism communities political civil wars. Although part of the diagnoses which is true of any form of autism in greater and lesser variants, the inability to work collectively together. Greatly reducing the possibilities of creating the ferocious yet humanities seeking all for all and one betterments. Though to

blind any community, it would be to create the instabilities of its equilibriums socially, the resolve then collectively scatters and becomes weaker. Group to group conflicts and policies of non- reform in groups who alienate themselves and create strife between each other. The Solution Yes, THE Solution. All online groups working together collectively to discover the general and fundamental advocacy issues relevant to the individual in everyday life that by recognizing it and conducting advocacy correctly will assist the individual and as a whole work towards those things collectively. Rebellion can be self-defeating.. The Cultural Brain Washing… That people are there labels and everyone has a label because they “the N.T’s” gave us “the labeled people” the label in the first place. Now the serious business that exists only because it matters.. Quality of life and the individual with a form of autism.. Those disagreeing with generalized advocacies in unity for the individual are not for the individual, they are for themselves selfishly and self-centered. Who disagrees? Just non-democratic functioning groups who dictate points of views, from larger organizations to small online groups under 1000 members. So where is the unity then and where are the funded organizations that help the individual with A.S.D’s either mild or otherwise? The Asperger’s Coalition of The United States once had a toll free line to call in. They did not really help me individually that much but there idea seemed good. They went out of existence though. The Autism Society of American I called once for educational advocacy help, they did not. So I think if the “community” in those who dictate its groups on the micro levels worked together democratically we could get something done. I tried to but I could not continue spending the money, while trying to also improve my own quality of life. What is needed is the formation of a non-profit in the United States that equalizes in

constant reform and through valid registration and vote of those in the autism community. That also is funded to assist the individual and organize the collective democratically conducted political say of those within the community. The formula for success is individual betterment, through servicing the individual from his or her peers and professionally trained advocates. That is also funded by its members monthly with proper funding for on-call legal assistance for issues relevant to those with A.S.D’s. I’m not rich, so I cannot do this. The Idea Autism Union of America (A.U.A) - $15 a month would fund advocated on call and if the advocates refer then onto an attorney for individual interventions. For: Social service failures Employment issues Housing Issues Quality of life Educational Instead

of: Being left out of everything and not being understood. Young __________________________________________________
