Statin e-petition report completed

Hello all. I have uploaded the completed report for the statin e-petition.

(completed report.pdf) The document has been sent to the WHO and every major

body responsible for drug safety, (EUMA, MHRA, FDA, TGA and so on... throughout

the world. I have also been sending it to medical societies and medical

journals, especially neurological ones and high status publications such as the

Lancet, the BMJ, the NEJM, JAMA, the BMA and so on.

I have also sent it to public health officers in Canada and elsewhere. I have

contacted the media in the UK, Radios 2 & 4 and several investigative

journalists. The first article referring to the report is going to appear in the

Daily Telegraph on Monday 28th December and it will be written by Dr Le

Fanu.

I hope that people on this list will copy the report and send it to their

friends and relatives who are taking statins now or are considering taking a

statin. Please give a copy of the report to your treating medical practitioner.

I have received a lot of encouraging comments from serious research workers and

clinicians.
