I don't know about the cholesterol effects of cinnamon because I refuse

to be tested, but I have found that 3-4 cinnamon capsules with meals

keeps my blood sugar in a normal range. As an alternative, a small bowl

of yogurt with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a sprinkle of stevia mixed

lightly is a late supper or bedtime snack.

If you're a coffee drinker like me - try sprinkling a little cinnamon

on top of your fresh ground coffee beans and let it brew into your

carafe through the grains.

It's also written that cinnamon acts as a liver and gall bladder

detoxifier along with many other health benefits.
