Guest guest Posted October 10, 2010 Report Share Posted October 10, 2010 I don't know about the cholesterol effects of cinnamon because I refuse to be tested, but I have found that 3-4 cinnamon capsules with meals keeps my blood sugar in a normal range. As an alternative, a small bowl of yogurt with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a sprinkle of stevia mixed lightly is a late supper or bedtime snack.
