Today my mother asked me to sign me onto her email account on my computer because it was faster and there were some other things she wanted to look up. Against my better judgement I did. In the mean time I had to take a shower because I had helped the yardman plant some azaelas and other things and needed one. Well, I come back down and we I close out the email thing, there is an alert from my antivirus software that my computer had been infected. Evidently my mother clicked a link on an email that she should have known better than to do. Anyway, I updated and ran the virus scanner and if deleted 16 viruses and such from my computer. I'm halfway tempted to to go back to a restore point from earlier in the week but not sure if it is worth the effort since I had done some maintenance today, like removing old programs and some other things.
