Guest guest Posted December 31, 2005 Report Share Posted December 31, 2005 This morning I got a rude awakening. I my dreams I was hearing this really strange noise. I was actually thinking, "what is that sound and why am I dreaming that kind of noise?" When I woke up a few moments later, the noise was still there. It was intermittent and really annoying. After the fourth time I figured out what it was. It was a cat yowling. I got up, put on my glasses and staggered on to the door to see what was going on. When the front door opened, these two shapes took off from the left. My reflexes were still good enough to recognize Rocky, the neighbor's cat, and that other cat I talked about once before. Rocky chased him all the way across the creek this time and was gone for a while before coming back. That other cat must have a death wish since even though Rocky is declawed, he seems to be winning all their fights. I also can't figure why that cat is over here in the first place. All the lady cats are on his side of the creek as it is and there is no real food for it here either. Seems safer to stay over there.
