Guest guest
If you can get a hold of the book from Dr. Al Sears, you will find that statin drugs are really bad for anyone who takes them. Women and elderly people do not benefit from it at all. Middle age men only benefit by a small percentage but the drug companies twist and exaggerate the numbers to make the benefit percentage higher. High cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease. It is only one out of 240 risk factors that are "associated" with heart disease. What is most important is to stop the cause of inflammation in your arteries. Coronary arteries specifically are where most heart attacks occur. This is the location where the arteries get stressed the most because the blood is being forced from the heart into this area. The key is to keep the arteries strong so they don't tear and get inflamed. You keep the arteries strong from taking lots of Vitamin C, at least 6 grams per day. Vitamin C helps make collagen and collagen is what the arteries need to keep strong. When you have strong arteries, you won't have tears in them and when your arteries don't tear, then the body doesn't need to patch the area up with plaque (white cells, calcium, cholesterol, etc). Please get the book and read it. Also it would be good to follow the cureforheartdisease protocol as this can help with dealing with plaque that is already there in the arteries. Also, you might want to go to the SPACEDOC website forum where there are hundreds of people still suffering from the effects of statins drugs even though they no longer take them. Drug companies are evil and our doctors work along with them to keep us sick. I am sorry that you are having ongoing problems with a drug that should not have been given to you. phine Hello, A few years ago, my gp told me I had protein in my urine. I have type 2 diabetes, and my sugar levels are usually pretty good, but he said that the protein was from my diabetes. At that time, I was on 10 mg of Zocor for about 2 yrs. I had not had any side effects at that time, in fact I never really knew about all the effects that can come from statins. ..
