Guest guest
This is what I gave to my dr when I stopped taking it. During the time I took Vytorin I experienced the following: Inability to focus on task at hand; could not stay on any task thru completion Short term memory decreased markedly Lack of appetite Nausea after eating very small amount of food Raw feeling in throat and esophagus while eating or drinking, felt like salt in a cut Cough, dry, not productive; hard to take a deep breath Very dry skin and other tissue all over body including eyes and vagina and external vaginal area Body felt like something sucked out all the moisture. Hives that stopped immediately upon stopping Vytorin Blistering on hands/fingers that stopped immediately upon stopping drug. Blistering occurred at night and decreased thru the day. My hands looked like my esophagus felt. Extremely painful to any touch. Scalp turned a nasty red color and started to itch constantly Major change in bowel habits from daily movement with soft stool to twice weekly or less with hard stool. Fiber and liquid intake was increased but had no effect. Intestinal gas/bloating/flatulence almost constant Muscle aches and cramps different from usual Any physical activity different from status quo caused sore muscles the next day January 2006 could not lift 40 pound bags of dog food and kitty litter which I routinely carried in July, 2005 and can now carry again Body ached all over. Just didn't feel good. Inflammation from heel spurs which was controlled with over-the-counter antioxidants returned during this time as I discontinued otc product. All went away after stopping Vytorin Barb Ed Gundy wrote: > > As she joined our newest members posted this comment on her request. > > " Vytorin is working, but causing side effects.
