Guest guest
Hey Lea Ann... Small world. We lived in Caldwell for many years, then moved across the street from Huston... between Caldwell, Nampa, and Marsing. I was down that way a couple of years ago... was amazed at the growth and those big $$ homes out between Nampa and Meridian. Also noticed the air... disturbing to see the brown haze off toward the foothills. I love it up here, don't miss shopping malls, convenience stores, or the people. Perfect for us hermits, lol. A bit limited when it comes to health care though I guess. We have been up here for just over 11 years now I think. If the tanning place helps you, increasing your indoor lighting would help some too. I know with birds sunlight is very important and I have one of the full spectrum lights for my Too (she chews her feathers at times)... it helps. You might check that out anyway. Gotta be cheaper than a tanning salon. I know about bladder infections... used to get them all the time and not only do they make you sick... they burn like fire! Wouldn't wish those on anyone. I was getting reoccurring infections about 2 weeks after going off the antibiotics for months. When I asked why I kept getting them she said some people are just like that and have to learn to live with them. I thought that was a bunch of BS and finally saw a different doc. He gave me some kind of spendy super antibiotic shot and a different 2 week course of antibiotics. I haven't had one of those infections since... knock on my head! Beautiful day up here, I did myself in yesterday so am mostly behaving today. Just have to get outside though. You have a great day and go sit in the sun for awhile :-) > > I'm down here in the Treasure Valley, in Nampa. Yuck. Nampa is growing like a tumble weed. Yuck. But it is good for work.I love the sound of your farm. I am in town, in a 30 year mature neighborhood that was built sometime around the Brady Bunch ere LOL.I try to mimic farm life here... displaced country girl. We hide 6 dogs, and 4 cats, one dwarf bunny runnin loose in daughters room, and 2 rats. Oh yes, a pond with Koi. I put the pond in at the end of my first try of shots. I was so sick, I was afraid I wouldn't make it up to the mountains (Stollie Meadows) and be able to camp next to the Salmon River for a whle... so I put in my own pond here with waterfall. I can sit out there, light the chiminea, smell campfire smells, and gaze at my fish. Sometimes God talks to me out there too. It sure feels kinda like being up in the mountains again. I have tried anti depressants a lot. The older I get the worse they act on me as far as sides, or I would be taking zoloft right now!I really need to go back to the tanning place. It really helps with some of the downsies. I have had a really BAD bladder infection, and I have what I think are mild ascites... I have been feeling AWFUL for over a month. Yuck. I would LOVE to clear this stupid virus. I really HATE it. I'm glad you have been able to clear it so far! Thanks for the reply. Also my hubby won't consider insurance anymore. He is kind of an old fart (56), and stuck in the mud on a lot of things... he really gets my goat a lot. I know, I should take my own inventory, but he is really difficult. He tells me its OK to go to the Doc, but gives me a look, like, the debts are all MY fault... and he does work his butt off... Its a load of guilt to lay on me. Not to mention I can't do much right as far as he thinks... discussions are always about either being right or wrong... and I am usually wrong.I just need to get a reprieve from the bladder and my HepC sides soon!
